I was a little worried about the plastic coming out of the female end before ordering; I thought it might prevent some devices from connecting fully. When you consider that this cable costs more than 20 times as long, the price seems a bit high. On the other hand, I'm sure 6-inch USB cables are in far less demand than standard lengths, so the price is somewhat forgivable. After all, it's a few bucks at stake, so I'm not considering it. I bought one to see if it fit my needs and bought two more when I thought they would fit.
