This works very well and passed the "10 year test" with flying colours. (Plus, it has the wonderful, unreleased secondary benefit of not keeping the remotes on the floor or couch all the time!). It's small enough that I can rack two of these (4 controllers) and it looks nice and tidy with cables running straight back and out of sight. Seems to charge quickly, and because it's so convenient and easy to use, I've never had a dead controller since installing these stations. Great deal that I highly recommend.
