Reasons for 3 stars: CONS: 1. They're so tangled - make sure you straighten the entire strand before you start. 2. The candles will not rotate on the clamp so will be difficult to align and will likely need adjustment if the legs are hanging down3. They're not continuous, so make sure to plug all the wires into a socket first and work your way up the tree section by section. To answer other reviews: 1. Yes the candles are very close together so you will need more of them. For my 7-8 foot Nobel I bought 2 packs of 50.2. The wires are almost black, but they're nice and thin so they're not too visible. After I put on the jewelry, you won't notice3. Yes, the color of the flame is yellow, but that's what you would expect from a flame, not bright white. PROS: Love the value for money and the fact that I get 50 per skein. I used to have about 20 strings of 5-10 bulbs each and they were very difficult to install. I hope they last - I love them and definitely will. buy again
