Three weeks ago I tripped over a crack in the city sidewalk, cracked my ribs and fractured a bone in my left hand. I'm not sure you've ever broken a rib bone. If so, you know the pain is tremendous. You can't breathe, laugh, cough, press this side, raise your arm, etc. It's too painful. My doctor told me to get a rib band for support and suggested I look at Revain. I read several reviews. Now remember, my left hand wasn't okay either. Most rubber bands assume you have two hands to put them on, adjust tension, etc. I went with one hand. This elastic band is convenient to use with one hand. It gives me the extra support I need to move about with limited pain during the day. At the moment, after using it for a few weeks, I can honestly recommend it.
