I injured my ribs (intercostal muscles) during a coughing fit (yeah, I know, funny). Definitely needed something to stabilize my chest when I returned to my training after an illness but before my injury had healed. This clamp worked very well. They provided good support. I wear an XL shirt and it had plenty of room. I believe it will work well for smaller sizes as well as it is adjustable. I've only worn it to workout so can't speak to everyday wear.

I love this thing! I keep having 2 ribs slipping out. It has helped me a lot with my workouts and workouts. I do a lot of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and my ribs often slip from all the twisting, grinding and stretching. Train this pup and I won't bother. until I try to get the Hulk out. Very flexible. elastic.
