Hello, I bought this chair based on the great review from Gamer's Nexus. I'm pretty sure Komene downgraded this chair model after receiving a good review from a popular influencer. This chair is 5/10 comfortable at first, but then it becomes very painful for your back and neck. I haven't had this problem with dxracer chairs. The mesh they use is not at all soft on the back and the "lumbar support" is totally aesthetic and doesn't offer any support as the mesh is very stiff. The headrest mesh is just as stiff, just putting your head at an awkward angle. The seat mesh is softer than the rest of the chair, but it's nowhere near as soft as it should be. My chair arrived new but the bottom panel was riddled with scratches. When I disassembled this chair to ship it back, I couldn't remove the hydraulic arm from the baseplate, even though I tried using a 500-pound vise and strap wrench. There is no room for a wrench to remove this lever from the baseplate. Remember that you cannot return this chair for this reason. This chair costs no more than $150 compared to other chairs as of November 2021. I spent over 4 hours in customer service trying to get the hydraulic arm out of the base plate. Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT buy this chair. TLDR: I think the quality has changed since the Gamers Communication Review. This chair is so uncomfortable that any $150-$200 office chair is better. This chair cannot be disassembled to return it. Please save yourself money and hassle by returning this. DO NOT buy this product.
