Unfortunately I seem to have gotten a bad device. I am very disappointed with the quality assurance, or should I say the lack of any quality assurance. The basic operation of the product isn't difficult to verify, although I suspect that basic testing of each device is too expensive for such a cheap product. Response to my email attempts, which I found both surprising and disappointing. The device I received was DEAD on arrival! The power supply indicated it was receiving power but the AMP did not, and there was no sound from the connected speakers, although I tried various combinations when trying to activate power, for example by pressing the volume button (the model, the one I received did not have a POWER button). I decided to give this little AMP a try given the features and price described on their Revain site. However, having received a completely dead device, I cannot judge functionality and have to give a one star rating for the product and the product's lack of customer service. I think my biggest disappointment was not being able to get customer service. Answer. This is unfortunate as I love supporting these small productions. I've also noticed that Nobsound doesn't seem to reach the people who buy their products. For example; Nobsound doesn't seem to address/answer any of the issues identified in some of the reviews for this product - one of which is power issues. I think a little customer support would go a long way.
