Review on 💧 Aquagear Water Filter Pitcher – Superior Protection from Lead, Chlorine, PFOA/PFOS, and Microplastics, Crystal Clear by Brandon Rogers

I am so disappointed in this water pitcher. I've done a lot of research on water jugs, wanted a little more filtering than your everyday Brita, but am not ready to buy a full home system or a large Berkey system. Based on my research, this was a good middle ground. Initially, the jug worked well - it drained slowly, but not terribly. Then the water filtration literally turned into hours. We "washed" the filter (several times) as instructed in the instructions, but that didn't help. I contacted their customer service and they sent 2 replacement filters as apparently the water filtration wasn't supposed to last hours. Spring. it was the same with replacement! It's expensive for a jug of water - if it did what it said it would be worth it - but it's not. I have since requested my money back and now I have had no response from Shane in customer service. I almost never write reviews let alone one star reviews but I think if you say your product works then you should support it. If I get a response from support I will update my review but at this point I feel cheated out of $70 and NOT a happy customer.
