Very viscous and pasty
This is a little thicker than I was hoping as it is difficult to spread. However, once you put this material on, it stays on all day! Even your fingers are difficult to wash off. This is a wonderful diaper cream, I just wish it was a little easier to spread. It definitely helped prevent/control rashes
