3 out of 5 are broken;

3 of the 5 containers I bought were completely cracked at the bottom so much so that the product spilled all over the container and I cannot return the product for a refund as the product came out. Not happy with this purchase.

Pros
  • could not return Multiple competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

Don't expect a painful diaper rash!

Excellent durability for skin protection. It won't come off completely through a dirty diaper. This is the ideal answer for patients who need to wear incontinence products. This creates a small barrier between urine and skin. The only thing I would like to mention is prepare for a small order as it contains cod oil like in Desitin. Not dominant.

Pros
  • As far as satisfied
Cons
  • write later

Doesn't help diaper rash

I use Desitin on our baby. I bought this ointment because it was advertised as having 40% zinc. I started using this cream at the first sign of diaper rash, used it for 3 days with no improvement, it only got worse. Went and bought Desitin and got a lot better within 3 hours. No blushing, no crying. I wouldn't buy this again. I don't think this cream contains that much zinc.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions
