It was easy setup for us as we have limited IT support at our new location. Easy integration into my website (E-comm) and ability to use it in all states! Very little training required by staff other than having basic computer skills. Ability to integrate ecommerce solutions has been one of our biggest challenges thus far but they are working hard to make this happen - very good team!! If your looking for sales automation that works well across multiple locations then keep reading. Great customer service throughout entire process too. The only thing I would say its not perfect because some fields may be missing sometimes when adding items such as shipping weight or dimensions which can cause issues if product isn't entered correctly. Having Salesforce integrated made reporting much easier also when using CRM features like Sage line 50.
