I like that it has a variety of features for restaurants and other retail businesses as well as being able to track inventory. The fact that this can be used both in-store or online makes things easier when using more than one location if needed. It was easy setup for us as we have limited IT support at our new location. Easy integration into my website (E-comm) and ability to use it in all states! Very little training required by staff other than having basic computer skills.
