I ordered this item for my 8 year old nephew. My sister and nephew love the Bunk Junk Caddy. My nephew has already filled it with a water bottle, favorite books and a to-do list for getting ready for school in the morning. I accidentally ordered two of these and found the mistake after ordering. I emailed the seller immediately and he agreed to return my $$ and not send a second caddy. Great customer service, super fast response time! One thing my sister mentioned (we live in different states) was that the rope attachments were a bit tricky because instructions weren't sent with the cart. My first thought when she told me this was - DANGER - ROPE - BABY - TRASH. She assured me there was nothing to worry about as the ropes were very short. She figured a Velcro flap would be a better design choice.
