I recommend you cook them before use as you would with any teething toy. I recommend using them frozen as they give the best results, but you can use them at room temperature as well. They can be given to children of all ages, currently our 18 month old teething baby loves to chew them. It helps her just as much as it does us since she doesn't fuss as much and it's better to let her chew on it than apply something like Oragel. I love that they come in 3 different designs and colors. They have a silicone rubber feel, making them easy to hold in your hand, and they're small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. I would definitely recommend keeping these on hand for your teething baby, at least as a complement to other methods if you choose to do so.
