I'm wearing a large XL UnderArmor polo shirt and it's still tight. Go 2 sizes up with this brand. The material is soft and slightly thicker than UnderArmour. Overall a good shirt but get the right size. By the way, if you lift weights and have big biceps, the sleeves will fit your arms very snugly and won't stretch.
