I recently switched from a headset to a desktop mic so this is my first mic stand. It feels very solid, is easy to set up, and holds my HyperX quadcast well. I accidentally broke one of the cable management clips when trying to pull it out to thread my wire through (this only happened with the top clip, I was able to pull the clip off the base with no problem). I was able to tape it in place and it still does the job. While I don't think this would have happened if the plastic was made with a bit of flex, I also don't think it's entirely the product's fault as it's cold and my own possible mishandling so until I got one Haven't given any other reason, I think 5 stars is a fair rating.
