I'm satisfied with it, there are only some small flaws.
If not for the coolers, it would be 10 out of 10. I expected them to be louder than the bi-quiet, but not so much. Even at minimum speeds, there is an annoying low-frequency rumble, and the coolers themselves are with vibration pads so that it is quiet :) there are no questions about cooling, i3-8350k with an average overclock to 4.5 GHz - 64-66 degrees in linpack. I'll have to buy a couple more bi-quiets.
Pros
- Good workmanship, cools perfectly, nice lighting, easy installation
Cons
- Coolers in the trash, they blow great, but they buzz like an airplane, set 700 rpm out of the available 2500 . dogs still buzz
