cleaning up and organizing as I was stuck in home quarantine. I think I've cleaned up almost every corner of my house. When I was done indoors, I decided to head outside to the garages. We have so many things in our 3rd car garage that we can't even put a car in there. My son has a smaller car and is dying to stop parking in his driveway. I think he's just lazy and tired of having to move his car when someone needs to go. LAUGH OUT LOUD! Anyway, he helped me get everything out, clear out the whole garage and clear out the things we didn't need. As we put things back, I found that there was a lot of unused space on the wall for us to hang things to get things off the floor. I bought a set of hooks but they weren't big enough and not as "heavy" as they said. My neighbor has hooks from this brand and I highly recommended them. I'm glad I listened because it was just what I needed. The different sizes made it easy to find the right size for all the items I needed to hang. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they are to install. Our garage wasn't finished yet, so they screwed right into the studs. For the heavier items I had I used a slightly longer screw just to make sure it didn't break out of the wall and fall on the car. I like the quality of the hooks and their strength. They say they are super powerful and they really are. My son decided to test how heavy they are by pulling one of them up. It only weighs 110 pounds, but this kid held on and didn't bend or pull out of the wall. You can tell how well made they are by feeling them. The PVC coating is also designed for tough use. I put them on and accidentally pulled on the hook while taking them off and the coating hasn't ripped or torn. Others I've had in the past have all worn out or been cut but these are holding up great so far. I ended up using them all and my garage has never been cleaner. Finally we can bring my son's car back to the workshop.
