Review on πŸ”Š VARO Portable WiFi and Bluetooth Multi-Room Speaker Cube - Black (iOS Compatible) by Jasmine Baker

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Worst speaker advertised

First of all, the sound is what it is. For the price it's just sound, it's not great sound because the bass is poorly controlled and at low levels rivals even a $5 speaker. But when it reaches its maximum, everything becomes the same. Even the worst. Because the bass gets really "high" but it starts to compress and distort a bit. I don't know if this is my unit but there is a strange noise like a rattling even at low levels so I think mine is broken. Speaking of connectivity, it's worse than sound. To start the list, due to Wi-Fi, you have to wait more than 20 seconds for the device to start, then switch to Bluetooth. Why? Because just enough Wi-Fi doesn't connect properly πŸ˜’ I mean it "connects" but doesn't play sound, and even on an iPod it's hard to connect via AirPlay or whatever. Then switch to a Bluetooth connection. , which takes 5 to 10 seconds to be "ready to pair" and the remaining 3 seconds to connect, after trying to pair with the speaker for almost 1 minute, you need to connect to a grapple with terrible sound that is clear, at the level that when you crank it up to the maximum to "have some bass" it starts to pierce your ears. Last try? Spend the same money on something else. Oh too. IP rating. this is a joke Believe me
