Its user friendly interface allows new users to have access right away without any prior training or experience. The documentation for some modules are not thorough enough in explaining things that might be slightly ambiguous. So it takes time before you can get your head around how certain features work and what they do. Some of the functionality such as translation and localization could use improvement to make them more intuitive to work with. This makes using this software feel somewhat like doing homework on their dashboard rather than working as intended. As mentioned earlier, most module functions seem obscure at first but after using the tool awhile you'll understand them easily and start solving simple problems. Translation service from English sentences into other languages in near real-time when requested by clients who don't want to wait till next day delivery. Helps cut back greatly on project delays and enables client meetings where translations may differ from one country/region to another. I like that it allows me to create my own pages for each language version without having to pay an external translator or use any 3rd party software. The website has not been updated in years so there are bugs here and there (and yes, we have reported them but they seem to be ignored). We used this product when our site was still hosted locally, before moving everything online with AWS. It allowed us to translate all of our webpages into 7 languages.
