This dress fits my daughter perfectly. I am in love with the dress as is my daughter. So my daughter is 2 1/2 years old. It fits perfectly in 3t clothing but transitions into 4t clothing. The dress is about an inch higher. As can be seen in the photos, my daughter is standing on the toddler chair. Nothing can fix a petticoat and the right shoes. I took all measurements from the photo. And the dress turned out perfect. If I said this is the true size for toddlers. I'd say it's a 3t (thin) with wiggle room. But for a long time. It's quite a thick material, so be warm when you're warned. But overall just great for the price. I wasn't disappointed in the slightest.
