The fan was damaged from the start. The ceiling mount is too large for a standard ceiling light/fan electrical box. I have a standard 4" box and can't install the bracket because the slots are too far apart. I even tried going to HD and Lowe's to get a new mount but that didn't work because you need a special mount to place the wireless receiver in order to control it. In addition, they provided two (2) wire nuts to connect eight (8) wire connections. I sent it back because I can't hang it with the material that came with it and not something the hardware store has.
