Updated review - 14th September. TouchElex contacted me and a second watch (not handpicked) was dispatched from stock. After some exchanges, I think a 4-star rating is appropriate and I've learned quite a bit.1. The watch is connected via Bluetooth, which has a limited range. When the watch and phone are disconnected, they turn off. Once in range, they reconnect. Therefore, unless the phone is always with you, monitoring stats should be limited until devices are synced again. With TouchElex this is no problem. (I believe only the more expensive Apple Watches with cellular connectivity solve this problem, but also at a 10x price difference)! 2. The clock generally works well and appears to be accurate. The software is decent although basic3. The 'raise to wake' feature is still inconsistent which is why I'm keeping 1 star: - wakes up when sitting - inconsistent when standing. Overall, this is a good watch for beginners, especially for the price. Not overly complex. , and works pretty well. One final note, the TouchElex staff went out of their way to keep me happy. While so many consumers berate larger companies for poor service and/or communication issues, the same cannot be said of this group. Your service has been phenomenal which is another part of the purchase whether you think about it or not.
