It was good while it lasted

When I first received these cute headphones they were great. It had amazing sound quality, convenience and battery life. I've had them for a month now. The noise in the left ear has greatly decreased, and now in the right ear, after a week, it has decreased. It's so low I can't use them in my ears. The speaker function still works. I hate spending my hard earned money on something that only lasts a month. Funny how he died as soon as the return window closed. I want my money back
