I bought one and then got a replacement due to weak ear pads. This happened to another one I got again this year. The speaker is great, but retractable headphones are a big issue. Customer service helpful from last year's order

I bought these because I needed a convenient hands-free method of making calls without something in my ear. I really like that I can wear it around my neck so I can hear other things around me when I'm on the phone. Love the sound quality, they are light, love that they vibrate when someone is calling. So if you can't hear your phone, you can feel it and just press the button on the left. So far the battery life is good. I like that they have a one year warranty.

When I first received these cute headphones they were great. It had amazing sound quality, convenience and battery life. I've had them for a month now. The noise in the left ear has greatly decreased, and now in the right ear, after a week, it has decreased. It's so low I can't use them in my ears. The speaker function still works. I hate spending my hard earned money on something that only lasts a month. Funny how he died as soon as the return window closed. I want my money back

I am very glad that I bought this 2-in-1 neckband bluetooth headset. I was worried it would be uncomfortable or heavy on my neck, but I often forget I'm wearing it. Retractable headphones are great when you want to talk privately or block out ambient noise. I usually use it in hands-free mode most of the time. Everything went great. but it is not waterproof or waterproof as advertised. I usually buy waterproof/rugged headphones because I sweat a lot when I run, but this pair got a few drops of sweat on the speakers and they vibrated wildly. That day I stopped my run and let it vibrate overnight. I installed them the next day with no problems, except the language changed from English to Chinese or Japanese, I'm not sure, so the product somehow restarted.
