In addition, when I contacted customer support with a query, it took them many days to respond to my inquiry. This kind of reactivity cannot be tolerated in the modern world since everything moves so quickly. In addition, when my purchase was delivered, several of the products I had ordered were not there. When I tried to resolve the issue by contacting customer service, they were useless and did not apologize for the inconvenience. It was abundantly evident that they did not regard either my business or the time that I spent with them. Ancicraft may offer a fantastic assortment of products, but their customer service is terrible, and they don't pay much attention to the finer details of their work. This leaves a lot to be desired. If you want to make the most of your time spent shopping online without any headaches or complications, I suggest searching elsewhere.
