It was a little strange to use and a bit uncomfortable at first, but after using it for a while I had noticeable changes in my bowel movements. I've also had a few colon issues before (normal wear and tear, high mileage issues, nothing out of the ordinary) and after consistent use I've noticed a difference in my rectal health. I will also add that I am not a doctor or healthcare professional and if you have any concerns I would suggest contacting a healthcare professional. However, I highly recommend this item and plan on buying a few for my friends and family to take care of their asses.
