This lamp is so beautiful it would make a great addition to any room. The packaging was excellent and I was very impressed that a bulb was included as not all bulbs fit. The lamp has three brightness settings: warm, bright, very bright, which you toggle by pressing the base, and bright enough. I have two lamps and both light up the whole room brightly. The lamp is very sensitive, so you don't have to keep pressing it to make sure it obeys! But it also doesn't turn on by itself if you accidentally slide the table. The base's USB charging ports are great for phones and tablets and charge just as quickly as plugging directly into an outlet. Highly recommended.
