Delivery took longer than promised Next day delivery. More like 4 days. I am currently working from home and was in dire need of a chair. Shipping was one of the reasons I bought this chair, even though it cost a lot more than another chair I was interested in. When I contacted Amazon about this they took no responsibility and said it was the day after the seller shipped it. Well, it was even longer. As for the chair, it looks beautiful. The footrest is a joke. . Elevation and tilt settings don't stay in place and often need to be readjusted. Be careful with forward rolls - I've been thrown forward at least 3 times. I really wanted to love this chair; But it's ok like that. I could get the same chair without the footstool for a lot less. So I think it's overpriced.
