Considering the price, this is an excellent touch monitor in almost every way. However, there is one important caveat that may be a hindrance for some customers. The USB hub cannot be powered when the monitor is off and connected to a computer. Oddly enough, it CAN be configured to provide power to USB devices when it's powered off and disconnected from the computer. But if you have to turn off the monitor every time you try to charge your phone. Well, that's a problem. This seems like a conscious design choice, confusing and impressively stupid, although it could be. If I was about to transfer files through the monitor's USB hub and decided to turn off the monitor while waiting for the transfer to complete, I could lose or destroy some data. If you are unsure, do not accidentally turn off the monitor when these devices are connected.
