I’ve purchased this hair dryer and when I was testing it out there’s a rattling sound already. It’s cheaply made even the hood is very cheap looking . This item came with broken shipping box and now I wanted to ship it back I have to purchase a new box from ups, and they want me to pay for shipping and with 20% restocking fee because I have installed the wheels part. Wasted 300 bucks and I’m not happy with the item but to ship it back with all the restocking fee I’ll be wasting a $100. Why would you sell a cheap rattling hair dryer and made it so hard to return? It seems like they have all these policy to make it very hard to return and they would just sell cheap stuff and you will be stuck with the item ! I should of just stick with Sally’s beauty thats where I purchased my first hair dryer but due to faster shipping I decided to go with this company but I totally made a huge mistake !
