The video for my RAV4 was short and concise. But what really made this purchase amazing and enjoyable was the fact that the tech support was very responsive. It was like someone was there for you when what I'm doing now inevitably happened. Locally, both shops that do this job charge $700 to $800 for a remote starter. Here's the kicker; They both tell you in advance that if you walk up to the vehicle you remotely started and open the doors, THE VEHICLE IS DEACTIVATED AND YOU MUST START IT WITH THE KEY! This means double wear and tear on your car's ignition system, starter motor, etc. This device doesn't force you to open the doors, get in, insert the key, turn it "on" and drive away. Sweet, my wife loves not having to go out and start the car on a cold morning to warm it up. And me too.
