Very sturdy and functional
I love this pan. I bought this for making flat breads. Previous pans have either "bulged", difficult to clean or their teflon got scratched. None of that happened with me so far. This is a hefty pan with a strong teflon coating. This is my "go to" pan for any flat bread making at high temperature. It hasn't shown any bending and its very easy to clean. The flatness of the bottom helps my cooking as I'm using an induction stove which relies on the pan touching the stove evenly.I would highly recommend this pan.
- Lightweight nonstick worked very well! Used it for crepe night and they came out beautifully
- Cannot be used in the oven
