Worked really wellEggs didn’t stick to panWhich I appreciated and is not the case with every nonstick pan May require specific care instructions to maintain nonstick surface.

This pan is great for making crepes . but you can also use it to fry eggs, flat meats . very versatile . easy to clean, heats fast and very light.

Me, I spray light coat olive oil. Cook eggs, pancakes, tortillas, hotdogs whatever. Clean up as easy as wiping clean with paper towl. But I usually has with non abrasive sponge, soapy water, rinse and dry. I have used this pan most of a year now and it's still like new.

Pls take a look at the photo attached with this review. I used it for hardly 6 months. All the layers came off and I feel terrible I fed my family this coating along with bread and roti. I’ll never buy this or recommend this to anyone. In search of a sturdy pan that’s good and worth the money I spend.

I bought the crepe pan for the purpose of making wheat tortillas. The heat distributes evenly and the tortillas turn out very well. It is easy to clean and light weight.My only problem is the handles. The material used cannot deal with the heat. I use it once a week for about 30 minutes. By 10 to 15 minutes the handle began to smoke and my kitchen smelled of burning nylon. So I had to remove the handle.The cooking surface is very well made and I continue to use it, but without the…

Its a great pan for crepes and roti. Only problem because the handle is not made of wood, it will burn on flame gas and give out plastic burning smells.You will need to protect it with a foil or something.

Love the weight and ease of this pan.I’ve had others that warp on flat top stove.This one is the best I’ve used. The ad says granite stone finish but it is just painted to look like it.!

I make eggwhite crepes to use as tortillas, wraps or sweetened as regular crepes and this pan is delightful. Just a brush with a little oil and they cook perfectly on each side on low or medium heat in just a minute or two.

I have a couple kinds of this pan and they are great! Food doesn't stick at all and seems to heat evenly. Had a slight issue with order, but customer service fixed it right away with no hassle. Would definitely buy again.

I love this pan. I bought this for making flat breads. Previous pans have either "bulged", difficult to clean or their teflon got scratched. None of that happened with me so far. This is a hefty pan with a strong teflon coating. This is my "go to" pan for any flat bread making at high temperature. It hasn't shown any bending and its very easy to clean. Just opened it today. It is very well made. I'm impressed.Only odd thing was that I was expecting a pan plus a crepe stick to spread the batter. The box didn't include a crepe stick (could be my error) but DID include a screwdriver to attach the handle! Definitely unexpected! I now have an extra screwdriver.

Bought this on early access prime day, and glad I did. I bought this and the 12in. frying pan like it. I really like them. I was interested in getting rid of the Teflon coated pans, in addition to having heavier pan, for even heating. Both pans accomplished that. They take longer to heat up due to the heavier weight.but that is OK, that means things will not burn as easily as they do in thin frying pans. They are very easy to clean. I would definitely recommend.

Super thick aluminum for great even heat transfer. No stick that actually works and amazingly included a high quality screwdriver to attach the handle. (nice touch). Speaking if the handle it is beautiful, merges perfectly with the metal pan and works wonderfully. I plan on buying more of this brand cookware.

This little pan is great! It works great with pancakes and crapes. It doest stick. Would definitely buy again. Small size may not be suitable for larger omelettes.

It doesn’t cook even. The batter goes to the ends and none stays in the middle. I would’ve returned it, had I not thrown out the box

We were thinking the heating surface was larger than it actually is. We ordered based on the pans size, not realizing the heating surface was smaller. I hope it holds up over time. It does make a good pancake.

We have a glass top stove and this pan has worked perfectly without scratching it.It's not too heavy. Great for cooking tortillas. Would buy it again.
