Review on SELTERM Gauge Copper Welding Eyelet by Logan Broadnax

These cleats are very well made. I crimped them onto the weld wire used for the connections for my solar array system. I use a simple crimping tool that takes a few hammer hits to make the connection. Make sure you can put the ferrule around the cable correctly. I recommend using adhesive coated heat shrink tubing over the joint for added mechanical strength and to prevent moisture and things like battery acid from getting into the joint. Filling with solder is not required as may be the case with other tips. Enjoy!
