It is very difficult to find lined raincoats. Add a large bust and it's almost impossible. This cape is cute, long enough to wear a tunic over leggings, and offers chest room without pulling your arms. There is enough space in the sleeves for a sweater, although it was 45 degrees and I felt comfortable without a sweater as it is lined.
