I've been using it every working day for a year and after about 6 months it started to have a lot of problems. I've always left it plugged in, so I can't comment on battery life. Easy to turn, nice view. I got problems and always thought it was the mic or the cable to the mic. I eventually narrowed it down to a hands-free system. I redeemed microphones and cables twice. The speakerphone actually looks brand new and I wish it didn't have any issues. My issues 1. Responding negatively to Smartboards or Promethean boards while speaking in front of an audience.2. After 6 months I couldn't get rid of the static problem. It was annoying because sometimes it sounded louder than my voice. Some may feel the audio is not loud enough. Whether or not you should buy this speaker depends on your audience. It's ok for a quiet group of 20 people. praise1. the first 6 months the thing was just awesome. It wasn't the loudest, but my voice was projected very well. He also had no problem with kickbacks against electronic presentation boards.
