Returning them.EDIT - without any notification they kindly shipped me two new ones at zero cost to me without even returning mine - they work perfectly and assembled just fine. I was very impressed with the customer service and them going to that extra effort to make it right. They are for my Persian wedding and traditionally we keep them all our life. So it is now a very positive experience. Will just be returning the broken one since one worked to the companyGreat customer service !
