The cable length seems to be debatable. The cables are attached to the speakers. The cable length between the two speakers is approximately 24 inches. The audio cable that connects to your PC or other device is about 6 feet long, with a small volume knob in the cable about a foot from the speakers. The volume control works well. But you can also push it to the max and control the volume from your device. After the volume control comes a twin cable that ends with a 3.5mm stereo jack and a standard USB connector. A cable pair may be separated if your audio output and USB connection are not close together. The total length of this pair of cables, measured from the speakers, is approximately 6 feet. The USB connector is for power supply only. This is not an audio input. The speakers will not work without a USB connection. Each speaker is a 2.5 inch cube. I don't know why Revain says it's 3.5 inches. This measurement is clearly wrong. These are very small speakers. As you can see from the photo, the metal disk is actually a speaker. There is no additional speaker grille. So I assume it can be damaged by rough handling or thrown into a backpack without additional protection. The sound quality meets my requirements. I rate it better than many laptop speakers I've used. I would recommend these speakers to anyone looking for a budget speaker system.
