These are small inexpensive speakers

The only thing I could wish for is a headphone jack, they fit perfectly under my monitor and give me so much more. put on the table. In terms of sound quality, you won't get cinematic sound from them, but they are VERY loud. I can't say anything about the sound quality, my ears are not very good.

Amazing Value - Computer Speakers

I bought these for camping and listening to music on my laptop. Sounds pretty good for $7. Not much bass, but perfectly engaging sound and a huge improvement over my laptop's speakers. Excellent quality. Note that the cable is a bit short. You can only space the speakers about 2 feet apart, but that works great for what I do. Save the crate. They don't have grills and this is a great way to protect them when traveling.

Emits a buzzing sound that is audible compared to the actual sound coming from the speakers.

I bought these speakers to boost the white noise (actually flattened out celestial brown noise) I hear to help me fall asleep and block out my neighbor's snoring and "other activities". Unfortunately, this speaker makes a buzzing noise loud enough to wake me up. This happens more than once a minute. I do not recommend this.

Suitable for computers and accessories

Small size. Cheap. Reasonable build quality. OK, loyalty. Loud enough. For: Adding cheap, decent sound to a computer monitor without speakers. Not for: Listening to high-bitrate, high-fidelity streaming audio at high volumes. (You'll have to shell out a little over $10 for this.) Home theater speakers aren't like that. They are powered via USB, but the audio signal comes through the 3.5mm AV socket. Keep the speaker volume at maximum. Control the volume with your device or software. Decent lowโ€ฆ

Great when you don't need to hear it

I bought these speakers for my laptop thinking they would be perfect, but turns out the volume is so low (even at full power) that they're not even as loud as my actual laptop speakers. Totally useless and I sent them back immediately. To be honest I'm not sure what purpose they will serve unless you plug them into a device that doesn't actually make sound and you're in a very quiet place because if there is background noise , you're probably not going to hear them either.

Meets my needs perfectly

The cable length seems to be debatable. The cables are attached to the speakers. The cable length between the two speakers is approximately 24 inches. The audio cable that connects to your PC or other device is about 6 feet long, with a small volume knob in the cable about a foot from the speakers. The volume control works well. But you can also push it to the max and control the volume from your device. After the volume control comes a twin cable that ends with a 3.5mm stereo jack and aโ€ฆ
