I work from home and am trying to find a keyboard for work and play. As a therapist, I study keyboard ergonomics very carefully. As for relieving muscle tension while typing, the keyboard does its job well. The mouse and armrest alleviate some of the pain, but it all boils down to sitting in the end. I haven't experienced any connection issues with my Macbook Air (Early 2015 model). The cursor and keyboard are responsive. There are no noticeable delays in data transfer. The design of this keyboard lies somewhere between a mechanical keyboard and a membrane keyboard. When typing, a feeling of an individual pen sets in. But it doesn't have the loud typing noise of a mechanical keyboard. So in that sense it's like a membrane keyboard. For me, this is a hybrid of an office keyboard and a gaming keyboard.
