"Heart " section is too short!

4 stars because the "medium" version is only 27 inches tall. Luckily, "small" wasn't available; it would have been too short to wear as pictured with hearts around my waist. For comparison, I just bought a "small" chain strap from Target and the link section is 2 inches longer than that strap; expanders, short. Suggestion: Provide the length of the decorated section so that the customer can order the suitable size.
