Review on Effortless Style: Silhouette Smooth Heat Transfer in Classic Black by Amy Mcleod

Very disappointed with this item! I followed the instructions in the Silhouette software to cut the material but it didn't cut through. I had to use a much higher knife setting and material thickness, as well as a cutting mat - lots of experimenting with unnecessary material! It was very difficult to glue the material even though I followed the instructions on the packaging. After gluing, I washed my project (by hand in the sink) and the material started to peel off. After drying I tried to iron the material back onto the fabric. The material kept sticking and then started to flake off again. In fact, I ruined a very good piece of laundry with a poor quality product. The only nice thing about it is that it is very matte and looks almost like a screen print. I will look for an alternative product and will be returning this very inferior product.
