Review on 🔊 Black Damson Vulcan - Portable Bluetooth Surround Sound Speaker with Carry Case and Universal Power Adapter by Brian Smith

Very easy connection to my computer bluetooth. Great sound, bass. Quite big and heavy for a "portable" Bluetooth speaker, but I'll only be using it at home, so as such it suits me. It was unplugged from the charger for several weeks while traveling and I was disappointed with the long charge time, but this may be due to the time it hasn't been used. This is the first time I've used it and thought maybe the first charge didn't last as long and will get better with more charges. That and two weeks of non-use after the first charge. Just take a look. Good price / performance / sound ratio, so I can recommend it without hesitation. Ok, I'll change my rating to one star. After a long time trying to charge the device, I found that it was plugged in but not charging. The Damson representative got back to me in good order but was unable to fix the problem immediately. Will be updated. 30.10. We're still working with customer support, but it looks like we're replacing Vulcan. Damson's excellent customer service is as important to me as the product itself. I'll get back to you when my issue is resolved. 23.11 Damson sends a new speaker. Hooray! They agreed to this some time ago and have been waiting to ship it because I was out of the country and they ship it so it arrives on time. Your service has always been 5-star and I will upgrade my speaker rating to 5-star once I receive and test them. 15th December. I am very pleased to report that I have a spare speaker and it works perfectly! Sounds great and I wholeheartedly recommend this speaker for its loud, clear sound with plenty of bass. Attractive design looks good in my TV media center. Damson's customer service was absolutely 5-star (special thanks to Mark at Damson for never faltering at this), well above what one would expect. If I had a business I would hire Mark from Damson right away! It was a lengthy process, but as I mentioned, I live out of the country and had to rely on a schedule of friends who were visiting the US to return a broken unit and get a new one. Thank you!
