I sometimes use these shoes for ballroom dancing. I wore a pair, they were a size 8 narrow. This time it was not possible to get the narrow part, but the average size 8 fit very well. You should be aware that they MUST fit snugly around your foot when you first put them on; Once you put them on, they take the shape of your foot and are worn barefoot for several hours. That is the goal. Protection for your foot but you feel like you have no shoes on. They are well done. But don't mistreat them and don't wear them outside. Great shoes if you understand their purpose! IMHO
