I didn't order a few months ago because I read that some people can have allergic reactions. I changed my mind because I really wanted to sleep at night and not a few hours a day. The taste was ok. I felt weird after drinking it. Dizziness, fainting, not okay, and it didn't help me sleep. The next evening, I immediately got the mother of all reactions. Sneezing, sore throat, runny nose, chest tightness. Symptoms of ragweed season, colds, bronchitis or covid. After clearing the panic, I made sure I wasn't eating anything I was allergic to. And I'm back to normal. I've had allergy problems my whole life, worse in ragweed and tree pollen seasons, and I take Claritin D every day. But now I don't leave the house at all, so I took a chance.
