I used store bought Italian sausage for the first try. I'd say as long as the meat fits the shape, you're done! Baby fixed, pressed the start button and in 15 minutes I had a fully cooked meat! The fat flowed into the bowl as expected, the meat was cooked to a temperature above the right temperature. I still love grilled ribs, but this is great for those days when it's raining or you just don't want to mess with everything!
