Cute but no more

I bought this in the hope that my son would want to use it often because of the fun monster design. That plan fell through as he didn't seem to care lol. In terms of functionality, they really are terrible. The fork doesn't pick up the food at all, I can't even get the food out if I pierce it, so definitely can't! The spoon works because obviously how can it not? However, this is a slightly smaller footprint than other baby spoons, so it limits the amount of food you can hold. Both utensils are made of smooth plastic, making it even harder to hold food on for toddlers who are already struggling with themselves.
