I read reviews that it seems a little and frankly it doesn't bother me at all. I pack relatively small lunches so it was fine, pretty cosy. Look, I can pack my main meal (green Tupperware), a snack, and a bottle of water. Also, I put my ice packs on the bottom and top of the lunch box to keep it cool. If I don't have a water bottle, I can squeeze in a small bag of chips as well. And there is enough space for little things like cheese sticks, jellies and small snacks. Overall I'm very happy it's holding up so well, my water spilled but it was ok and it's very easy to clean. I keep my lunch box in my car and living in Texas it doesn't hold THAT good insulation but it does hold it long enough to keep my lunch cool. I love it I love it I love it. My mother loves my lunch box. giggle
