Review on 📷 Sirui P-204SR Monopod from the P Series by David Gonzalez

Well, first of all I liked the product. Pros: It looks sleek and feels very solid. The ability to tilt the base is great, although I haven't found a situation to use it. Legs allow me to place the camera and feel comfortable. I was able to disassemble everything to fit in my carry on. minuses. I left and one of the legs just fell off because one of the nuts/bolts on one of the legs slipped out as you can see in the picture. I put another screw in to keep the leg from falling off again but I need the right part as I have no idea when it fell off so it's gone. I contacted the company even though their website went through the relevant chain over 2 months ago with a picture, a description and a request to send me the details and I have had no reply. Customer service is terrible. I hope they see this post and fix this issue for me because I want to give them 5 stars.
